    • May 3rd: Embracing Our Eco-spiritual Roots for Climate Action” with Kayleen Asbo, Ph.D, of Mythicamuse.
    • April 26th: “Youth Speak Out for Climate Action”, led by Kyle Lemle and Tianna Arrendondo of Green Faith, 350.org, and The Sunrise Movement.
    • April 19th: “Greening Both Church and Home = Climate Action” Liore Milgrom-Gartner, California Interfaith Power & Light Elena Engel, Electrify Everything
  • Caring for Creation: Hope & Action for Climate Justice Fall 2019 Speaker Series
  • Joined with other Episcopal congregations in supporting the Standing Rock Sioux opposition to the Dakota Access oil pipeline, including sending funds to aid those in the forefront
  • Witnessed at Interfaith Vigil at Oakland City Hall, opposing creation of coal export facility at the former Oakland Army Base and coal shipments via rail into Oakland
  • Presented adult education series:
    • Climate Change (Fall 2014)
    • Preserving God’s Creation: A Faith-Based Response to Environmental  Challenges (Winter 2015)
    • Practices of Stewardship of the Earth (Winter 2016)
  • Led effort to install solar panels on the church roof
  • Led discussion of Pope Francis’s Encyclical on Climate Change and Inequality
  • Participated in climate change event at Church Divinity School of the Pacific: “Solar Panels, Theology and the Environment: Reflections from the Paris Climate Talks”
