All Souls Meals & Rides and Support Desk volunteers provide simple but critical pastoral care to fellow parishioners on a very flexible schedule. Your commitment as a volunteer on this team is flexible depending on your schedule–providing a meal (homemade or purchased), running an errand, watching someone’s kids so they can run a quick errand, or providing transportation for a parishioner during times of trial, hardship, or the first weeks of parenthood. If you are able to give as a part of this team, please contact Cathy Goshorn, ogoshca@yahoo.com.
General Support
As we all have been impacted by the Shelter-in-Place as a result of Covid-19, new needs have surfaced for many parishioners. As a response to these needs, we have created a form you can fill out if you have one-off needs that surface in a given week or month. Perhaps you’re looking at the week ahead and have no idea how you’re going to get dinner on the table on Thursday, or you have one errand to run that you just can’t get to, or??? Jump on the All Souls Support Desk and we’ll try to get word out to other parishioners to help you out this week. Fill out the form here.
Meal Train
Do you ever wonder how you can help out your fellow parishioners? Join the Meal Train team and
provide meals for those parishioners in need. Or would you like meals for you and your family during a difficult time? You can have a Meal Train set up and have folks from ASP bring you meals.
Please contact Cathy @ (925) 788-0243, ogoshca@yahoo.com for more information.
